RETURNS POLICY - DISTANCE SELLING
(excluding Business to Business)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.
Should you wish to return goods, just call us on 01283 539087 or email email@example.com with details of why the product is unsuitable and to obtain a Goods Return Reference Number. We will exchange or refund the goods as requested. Goods must be returned in new unused condition and in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Ordinarily we'll refund the original debit or credit card used to purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
