The sealing hot plate has a ridgidized stainless steel cover.
Temperature range 90°C to 130°C controlled by an adjustable energy regulator.

The film is cut using a .020" Dia. Nichrome resistance hot wire. A low voltage twin bobbin insulated transformer supplies 7 volts at 2 AMPS to this circuit.

This machine is manufactured in the UK using 304 food quality stainless steel.
