Selling a new or reconditioned machine is only the start. That is why DSL have invested heavily in its workshop and team of engineers to ensure you get the backup you need.

Our well trained and mobile engineers can diagnose and rectify faults on most makes of machinery. DSL offer four categories of service:

• Breakdown Callout
  Should your machine breakdown or develop symptoms which are cause for concern, DSL can schedule an engineer to attend your site and diagnose the fault, usually next day. Most breakdowns can be fixed on site, however for more terminal cases DSL can recover the machine back to its workshop for a repair estimate.
• Service Callout
  Preventative maintenance is essential on all machinery. This is why DSL stock most service related and fast wear items. Our trained engineers will carry out the service at a time that causes minimal disruption to your production needs.
• Maincare Plus Service Agreement
  DSL are pleased to offer all customers a Maincare Plus Service Agreement. For one annual premium, DSL will schedule regular service visits on all machinery covered by the agreement, leaving you to concentrate on your business .
  More and more customers have seen the benefits of this service over recent years, with most opting for a 2 visit service agreement at six monthly intervals. DSL can also tailor 4, 6 & 12 visit agreements if required.
  Contract customers benefit from a 50% discount on travel & labour rates for breakdowns, also a 25% discount on the cost of hiring a machine from DSL.
• Repair and Refurbishment
  DSL are pleased to provide customers with a repair or refurbishment estimate for machines that are recovered to our workshops in Burton on Trent
